Our Products & Services
Driver & Vehicle Management Portal
All our services are offered through our own online portal. This allows administrators to access data from employer offices anywhere in the world over a 128bit encrypted connection. A traceable history for every vehicle and employee is mantained, showing when checks were completed and the outcome of those checks. The system can also be used to record driver training and vehicle servicing events.
Driving Licence Validation
We offer two services, Standard and Express. Our Express service is intended for pre-Employment screening or checking out suspicions, whilst our standard service is for routine checking of employee licences. Data is presented in online reports with the addition of a comprehensive printable report.
Grey Fleet (Tax, MOT & Insurance) Checks
Checking that employees vehicles are legal to be driven on the road is a major difficulty for employers. Our innovative solution allows checking of MOT & Tax online and checking of insurance documentation via a FREEPOST service provided for employees to send insurance certificates for checking. Note that it is not enough to simply know that a vehicle is insured, it must be checked that it is insured for business use.
Driver Risk Assessments
We offer a nunber of question based online risk assessments to allow employers to target their driver training budget at those employees who will benefit most from it. We will soon be launching video based hazard perception testing.
