Online Management of Driver Training & Grey Fleet
Our Online Portal allows employers to access information about employees and vehicles from any internet enabled computer without the need to install any software onto the Desktop. The portal allows complete training and licence check records to be maintained for each employee, and also a traceable history for each vehicle checked. Our Online Portal operates over a secure 128-bit encrypted SSL connection.
Online Driver & Vehicle Portal
For Employers
The Online Portal allows employers to see all information about employees and their vehicles. Driving Licence Checks can be requested and tax/MOT/insurance verified. Employers can also add company vehicles to be monitored. Training records can be added to employees, and servicing notes added to vehicles. The Portal can also be used to administer online risk assessments to employees.
The portal can be accessed by any Internet enabled computer and features 128-bit SSL encryption.
For Employees
Employees can log onto the portal to see all the data held about them, thus facilitating openness of the data. They can see what checks about their licence and/or vehicle were completed when, and what the outcome was. If a problem requires an employee's attention (e.g. their MOT is due to expire, or their licence photocard is due to expire the employee will automatically receive an email, and they can log in to the portal to see further information.

Check the tax and MOT of a company or employee vehicle within minutes. We also offer an insurance document checking service.
Risk Assessments
Employers can administer online risk assessments through the online portal. Other training packages are also available.
Additional Records
Add training records or notes for an employee. Add servicing or other notes for a vehicle.
Reporting
View & Download reports of the data, e.g. all employees with over 6 points on their licence, or all vehicle with an MOT expiring within the next month.
